Now having met the man, and listened to him do commentary as well as watching behind the scenes and making ofs the conversatiobally is very charismatic and outgoing. Questions are simply a means to enter conversation. Great book not just for conversation, but physical cues and insights to others’ speakihg of thinking. If you think you have a lot of knowledge about the dynamics of conversations, you will unlikely find anything new in this book. There’s talk of my doing a new 4th edition, though I think the one you’ve got in your hands is quite adequate.
